It is the responsibility for any party conducting business to investigate any claims made by any agent making contact for any transaction made through VRCBC.com. Any liability shall be the responsibility of any party making contact for any transaction. VRCBC.com does not directly create and maintain all advertisements found with this site. VRCBC.com depends on the integrity and responsibilities of its listing parties. Any and all transactions for a rental agreement shall remain the responsibility of the renters and advertisers and any transaction for a rental agreement is not the responsibility of VRCBC.com. VRCBC.com is merely a place to allow advertisers to market a property or properties to potential customers. VRCBC.com does not take responsibility for any cancellations or refunds for rental agreements made through VRCBC.com. VRCBC.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of listings maintained within the site. It is the responsibility of the customer or potential customer to investigate any claims made on any listing within VRCBC.com. Trip Cancellation insurance is recommended for any potential customers using VRCBC.com.

If VRCBC.com cannot fulfill the responsibilities or service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, negligence, war, or acts of God, VRCBC.com nor its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated cost paid by the advertiser for the services which were failed to be delivered. This agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Alpharetta, Georgia, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue. By using or continuing to use the services of VRCBC.com, you agree to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer. Notice to Advertisers - Any cancellation of service, for any reason, shall result in, at most, a partial refund of the first listing which was billied. Any subsequent listings cannot be refunded. To transfer an account to a new owner, a fee of $10 is required. No refund can be disbursed by VRCBC.com to any party involved in an account transfer. VRCBC.com reserves the right to edit or reject any listing submitted at our sole discretion. Once any materials have been submitted, edited and posted on VRCBC.com, it becomes the property of VRCBC.com and its affiliated sites. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to accurately describe any property advertised within the site and to maintain the listed property. Data mining or using information contained within this site outside of the intended purpose of advertising a rental property or researching a rental property for rental is strictly prohibited.
