Our secret shopper service is different than any other secret shopper service available. We are thorough in checking for consistency in every aspect of guest services. We not only help you identify the problem, but we can send an expert to help you solve the issue, and will rerun our test to verify the problem has been solved. Search/Find Test: We will verify your phone number by calling information through all the major carriers. Also, we will search all majors search engines through relevant content and your name.

Website Test: We test your website for user friendliness and that relevant content is easily accessible. Relevant Content: pricing, availability, contact info, amenities.

Email Test: We contact every email address on your website to check for response time, grammar usage, and communication skills. We start a dialogue and look for follow through.

Phone Test: We randomly call and check for answered calls and proper greeting at the front desk and all other guest services; such as spa, housekeeping, room service, etc. If there is no answer we check for a voicemail system and the response time to return the call.

Accommodations Test: We send one of our secret shoppers to your property to get a hands on experience from the front desk check-in services to accommodations, amenities, food and, and check-out.
